For example, you ask Claude for a meal log you can check on your phone, put up on your EmptyOS, with your meals kept in a database. Claude creates a database named nutrition, builds an app named meals, and gives you a link that only you can open. Then you ask it to share the app with Sam, and Sam can open it after signing in. Nothing else on your computer is shared.
